Portable High-flow Air Bioaerosol Sampler

This is a centrifugal air bioaerosol sampler, which could collect the micron and submicron biological aerosol particles into liquid directly from the air, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold, pollen, dust phage, worm, and brussel, etc.. Then processing with the methods of bacterial culture, PCR and LAMP, the bioaerosol kind and concentration in the air will be detected. Sampling medium includes water, cell culture fluid, virus preservation fluid, PBS buffer, etc.

Application & Actual Case
Our sampler can be applied in on-site emergency sampling, battlefield biotoxin sampling. And also be widely used in disease prevention & control, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, fermentation industry, food industry, biological cleaning and public places and other air microorganism sampling. For teaching, scientific research and other institutions, our instrument also has a good application in air microorganism sampling.
Our sampler is especially suitable for the Covid-19 Environment Detection.

1.Wuhan Center for Disease Control and Prevention carried out scanning collection of novel Coronavirus aerosols sample in the isolation ward of Hospital, and used digital PCR technology to detect the Coronavirus samples. It was found that, although the nucleic acid test of the samples was negative, the low concentration of novel Coronavirus could still be detected by digital PCR.
