Work Principle
The oxygen technology process for the generation of oxygen gas from compressed air utilizes the ability of Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) to absorb mainly nitrogen. While nitrogen concentrates in the pore system of the ZMS, the qualified purity of oxygen will be produced.
Production Description:
CG oxygen generation system produces oxygen at purity about 93~95%, and the capacity can be from 1~300Nm3/hour. The system incorporates an Atlas Copco screw air compressor, JMEC refrigerated air dryer and Parker filters, CAPE GOLDEN psa oxygen plant air buffer tank, oxygen buffer tank, oxygen booster.
High levels of dissolved oxygen are essential to the gold / silver mining industry’s leaching process. Increasing the dissolved oxygen level in gold / silver bearing slurry enhances the cyanidation process, as well as reducing cyanide and waste treatment costs.Our equipment is fully automatic, easy to maintain, and produces a continuous flow of oxygen directly to the leaching tanks.
As known, fish and shrimp need oxygen to survive. In aquaculture, the oxygen is dissolved in the body of water. Aquaculture farms can be more productive by increasing the number of aquatic species for a given water volume (also known as stocking density). However, as the number of aquatic species increases, the demand for oxygen increases as well.
Paper making typically generates significant streams of wastewater and energy containing by-products such as black liquor from the digestion process. Oxygen is increasingly used as an oxidant in pulp and paper mills within the delignification, bleaching, chemical and energy recovery, and wastewater treatment processes to increase capacity, meet environmental regulations, improve product quality and energy usage. Specific applications of oxygen include oxygen delignification, oxygen reinforced alkali extraction, ozone bleaching, black liquor oxidation, white liquor oxidation, and biochemical wastewater treatment.
It is estimated that over 20% of glass produced globally is melted using oxy-fuel technology.
The melting of raw materials to produce glass primarily relies on the combustion of natural gas or fuel oil with air. Since the 1980′s, the glass industry has increasingly adopted oxy-fuel technology, or the use of oxygen instead of air for combustion to improve economics through higher throughput, better quality, fuel savings and reduction of air pollutant emissions such as NOx and SOx. It is estimated that over 20% of glass produced globally is melted using oxy-fuel technology. Oxygen is also used to reduce NOx emissions by 30-40% in air-fuel melters via technologies such as Oxygen Enriched Air Staging (OEAS).
