1 Introduction

The medical center suction system consists of a vacuum negative pressure suction station, a suction pipe and terminal equipment. It is simple in installation, safe and reliable in operation, and can be continuously used in various wards for 24 hours, and overcomes the need for the electric suction machine to carry the machine. It can not be shared by many people, inconvenient to disinfect, and so on, and it does not occupy the ward space and no noise. The negative pressure source of the central suction system is a vacuum unit. The vacuum pump works to generate a negative pressure, which is transported to various wards through the pipeline for hospital use.

2. Center vacuum suction station

Negative pressure suction station performance characteristics:

The vacuum suction station consists of two independent units connected in parallel. One vacuum pump works and one spare. When the vacuum flow is insufficient, two units can work simultaneously. In order to facilitate the operation, the electric control cabinet can realize the alternate operation of two vacuum pumps and the simultaneous operation of the two machines. The power supply has no operation and enters the operating state for one minute. The standby pump is automatically started when the working pressure is not reached within ten minutes (adjustable) during one work to ensure the required amount of suction. In normal operation, the two pumps can automatically alternately operate and automatically detect the pressure in the negative pressure system. Under the condition of under-pressure or over-pressure, the vacuum pump can automatically start or stop. When the vacuum pump fails, the other can automatically start, and An audible and visual alarm signal is issued within one minute.

2.5 electric control cabinet

l The automatic electric control cabinet has the following functions:

l Automatic and manual control of the two units. The suction system negative pressure is not higher than 0.02 MPa in the atmospheric environment, not lower than 0.07 MPa and can be arbitrarily adjusted within this range.

l The working unit and the standby unit can be automatically used alternately. Solved the adverse effects of long-term standby of the vacuum pump.

l When the pressure reaches the alarm pressure -0.02MPa or -0.07MPa, the sound and light signal alarm will be given immediately.

l The unit stops working after power failure. If the power is restored, the unit can be put into operation automatically.

2.6 vacuum tank

l The vacuum tank is a container for storing negative pressure. The volume of the project is 1.5m3. There is a drain valve at the bottom of the vacuum tank to drain the water and dirt in the tank.

3. Attracting the pipeline

According to the relevant provisions of YY/T0186-94 “General technical conditions for medical center suction system”, the specific scheme is as follows:

3.1 Pipe Specifications

l The trunk and branch pipes of the suction system are all made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel pipe (argon arc welding), and the two pipes are separately laid by the vacuum suction station to the building ward and EICU.

The main pipe specification is Φ76×3.

The terminal pipe specification is Φ10×1.

3.2 Pipe layout

The suction pipe laying is not allowed to be laid in the pipe well without the inspection port. The pipe penetration floor or wall shall be laid in the casing, and the pipe inside the casing shall not have an interface. The diameter of the casing is 2 gauges larger than the diameter of the pipeline. The non-combustible material is tightly packed. The upper end of the through-sleeve casing is 20mm above the ground level, and the lower end is flush with the floor. Both ends of the wall bushing should be level with the wall. The main building in the building is laid along the pipe well, and the interlayer pipes are laid along the ceiling of the corridor. The pipes in the ward are concealed under the aluminum alloy decorative cover. The terminal pipes in the equipment are laid in the slots of the equipment belt. The contact between the pipe and the bracket should be insulated. Anti-static corrosion.

3.3 pipe material

According to the requirements of GB50751-2012 “Technical Specifications for Medical Gas Engineering”, the main pipe of the suction system and the horizontal pipe are made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel pipe.

3.4 pipe connection

The stainless steel tubes are connected by argon arc welding. The honey seal is made of metal seal, the metal seal connection has long service life, no aging worry of other sealing materials, and maintenance and disassembly are more convenient.
